In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.
Sometimes our prayers are in the form of tears. Words cannot express our needs to our Heavenly Father. We’re lost, hurt and overcome. His Holy Spirit recognizing our despair intercedes and prays for us. He relays our pain and desperation. Oh, the love God has for us. He has provided a way when we have no way on our own. Our plea reaches His throne when words cannot be formed in our mouths. The Holy Spirit reads our hearts and carries the deep prayers straight to the throne of God. His prayers reach the ever listening ears of our Father. No prayer goes unheard. Our physical plane is shattered by the spiritual plane established by Christ at Calvary. Praying this day we find comfort in the strength of our Intercessor, God’s Holy Spirit.
