What a relief to know we do not have to attain perfection to be loved by God. He loves us unconditionally. Knowing we could never be perfect He sent His perfect, sinless Son to take our place. This transaction exchanged grace for sin and allows us to become children of our Heavenly Father. We will never be perfect. We will sin and fail God, but because of Christ we can come to Him knowing His love accepts us time and time again. If our repentance is genuine His forgiveness is ours. Jesus reconciles our hearts to God’s. Praying this day we value and treasure the price paid for our sins with His love.
