This is the day the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad in it.
Each day is a gift. The joy of Christ is ours to receive. Joy and gladness seems more evident this time of year. Maybe it’s the lights or Christmas music. Maybe it’s just a time we concentrate a bit more on kindness. Maybe deep in our hearts it has been placed by God that we seek the joy of His gift, His Son. Maybe it’s the realization this baby born in Bethlehem was born for you and me. Maybe the Grinch was right–Christmas isn’t found in a store. Christmas is so much more. Praying this day we feel the joy in Christ this day and always.
