He has sent redemption to His people; He has commanded His covenant forever: Holy and awesome is His name.
Redemption arrived in Bethlehem., in swaddling cloths and placed in a manger. A baby’s cry warmed the mother’s heart. His last cry would pierce it. He came to seal God’s covenant forever. This contract cannot be broken. No lawyer can over rule it. No court can over turn it. The covenant is sealed in the precious blood of Jesus. Christmas foreshadowing Easter brought God’s love to earth. The cross became the ultimate Christmas tree. The Word became flesh. Redemption sent for us. Praying this day we receive His gift and praise Him as we remember the birth of our Savior.
