Have you ever stopped and considered what you pursue? Is it fame, fortune, newer car, bigger home, revenge? Isn’t it odd when we pursue things we’re never truly happy? This journey we call life is a never ending pursuit of happiness. When we come to realize material things are temporary we become more aware of spiritual pursuits. The spiritual values such as love, mercy, forgiveness, honesty, grace, compassion, truth, trust and empathy are the characteristics of Christ. This pursuit will bring true happiness and joy. Praying this day we pursue unfailing love and righteousness so that we may have honor, peace, righteousness and life.
