Do you remember your parents worrying about the friends you chose? Do you worry about the friends your children choose? Peer influence and pressure is real. It can be positive or detrimental. Even as adults who we choose to allow influence us affects us. How many adults suffer from addictions all because of who they hung around with? If you asked them I imagine they all thought they were stronger and could avoid that drink or drug. We are influential. Whether good or bad we are influencing others. Our friends, our children, our coworkers and even the person we meet on the street. We decide whether we will be a wise companion or a foolish one. Praying this day we walk with the wise that we may become wise.
