I thank my God, making mention of you, always in my prayers.
Are there people you are thankful for in your life? Of course, there are. Do you pray for them? Do you pray for them always? Bringing those we love and care about before God is not only a responsibility but a privilege. Intercession is a ministry we are called to. Prayer changes circumstances, people and ourselves. Holding each other up in prayer releases the power of heaven. The questions asked often by us are, “doesn’t God know all things and all needs? Why do we need to pray?” Yes, He does but He desires our involvement. We don’t know all things and all needs. In our prayer time He chooses to reveal. He reveals the needs of others. He reveals answers. He reveals our part in the situation. Thankful believers pray for others. There are folks we are thankful for. There are friends and family that need our standing in the gap. There are those needing a heavenly touch. Praying this day we mention them always in our prayers.
