Like Peter, we sometimes aren’t sure if it’s God calling us to step out. Sometimes we step out, but then take our eyes off of Christ and we sink. We can accomplish much with our focus on Jesus. God often beckons us to “come,” yet, we often hesitate. We want our faith to be strong. We want God’s will in our . Too often we see the circumstances and not God’s strength. We allow our weaknesses to overcome our mission. We fear getting out of the boat. Praying this day we heed the call, the call to walk on water with Jesus.
