Do not fear therefore, you are of more value than many sparrows.
Everything in creation is valued by God our Creator. From the tiny snail to the massive sun, God demonstrates His creativity. He has named every star in every galaxy. But it is man that is created in His image. We are precious to Him. We are His beloved. No fingerprint is alike, not even on our hand. He has numbered the hairs of our head. Our names are inscribed in the palm of His hand. He sings over us. He sent His only Son to save us. Because of Jesus our sins can be cast into the sea of forgetfulness. Every tear we have shed He has bottled. We are His most loved creation. Praying this day when we see the sparrows lighting softly on the branches may we remind ourselves of our value in God’s heart.
