Isaiah 51:8b

What a glorious promise! Forever His righteousness will encamp about us. Salvation shall never be removed. Generations before us have lifted us in prayer, praying for God’s mercy to endure. Generations that will follow us will have the opportunity for His grace and mercy to cover them. His promise is never removed. The sin covering blood of Christ cleanses now and forever. Each generation is given the opportunity to claim Jesus as Savior. Each and every generation has the responsibility of standing in the gap for the next generation. Difficult times surround us, but the promises of God prevail.  We are called to stand firm and claim His promise. Praying this day we give glory to the God of our forever promise from generation to generation.
