I hear the Savior say, “Thy strength indeed is small,
child of weakness, watch and pray, find in Me thine all in all.

Lord, now indeed I find, Thy pow’r, and Thine alone, can change the leper’s spots and melt the heart of stone.

For nothing good have I whereby Thy grace to claim–I’ll wash my garments white, in the blood of Calvary’s Lamb.

Jesus paid it all, all to Him I owe, sin had left a crimson stain, He washed it white as snow.

Our strength indeed is small. We need God’s strength every moment.  Our hardened hearts need His touch. Our lives need His saving grace. He knew we needed saving so He sent a Savior. We cannot wash the stains of our sins from our lives. But He has made a way. He sees the beautiful righteousness of Jesus when He sees the believer. He sees grace and mercy. He sees the cleansed soul. Our sins are forgiven through the precious blood of Christ. He paid it all. All to Him we owe. We could not do it, but Jesus could and did. Praying this day we live for the one who died for us that we might be cleansed to stand acceptable in the Father’s eyes.
