And the apostles said unto the Lord, "Increase our faith."
Like the apostles, we, too, should ask for increased faith. As we look back on the times the Lord has saved us from situations, healed us, answered our prayers, and comforted us in our distress, we should see these as building blocks of faith. Time and time again, God rescues us. He is our refuge. His history of standing with us and carrying us reminds us of His faithfulness. Moses told the Israelites to remember the miracles God had done for them. Today, we need to remember the miracles He has done for us. He is still able, capable, and willing to give us the miracle we need. Our faith needs to increase. Our trust needs to rise above our doubts. Praying this day, we like the apostles ask for more faith.
