Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is Your faithfulness.
Sin destroys relationships with God. God could easily be done with us. He could give up hope on us. Yet, He does not. Each day He once again extends mercy. Each day is new with opportunity to come into His forgiving Presence. Each day He’s cheering us on to return to Him. New mercies every single morning. What a gift! He’s continuing to reach out to us. His love ever flowing and overflowing. His mercy ours for the receiving. Praying this day we thank God for His compassion and never ending faithfulness.
