2 Corinthians 5:7

I read once that faith is not denying the circumstances before us, but rather it’s believing God’s promises and testimony and then living in agreement with them. What would happen to our faith if we really believed and trusted every promise God has made? We would be unstoppable in reaching our God given dreams. We would be unstoppable for reaching others for Christ.  We would have heavenly boldness in all things. But we’re more like Peter aren’t we? We start out believing, step out of the boat,  walk on water for a bit, but then let sight overcome our faith.  We focus on the natural  and overlook the spiritual.  We focus on creation and not the Creator. We depend on our ability and not the power of God.  Praying this day we put on our faith glasses and see clearly all things possible and promised.
