But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me.
No matter how alone we feel we are never alone. God stands with us. Do you remember a time of hurt and you didn’t think you could take one more step, but you did? That was God’s strength. It was His hand holding us up. As we look back at the many obstacles, heartaches and disappointments we’ve overcome we see God never left us alone. In our weakest moments He held us up. In our darkest night He reminded us morning light would break. Like Moses reminding the Israelites of God’s faithfulness we need to remind ourselves of His goodness and faithfulness to us. We may not feel it in the midst of the storm, but we must trust God is our anchor. Our strength is our God. Praying this day we allow His strength to overcome our weakness.
