In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world that we might live through Him.
How great a love! God’s one and only sent to us. Knowing the cost to save us He still gave Him. Thousands of years have passed, but that gift of His love continues. Lives are still changed. Hearts are still mended. Illness still resolved. Forgiveness still offered. An everlasting gift is ours to claim. We can live through Him. His strength overcomes our weakness. His love overcomes our bitterness. His peace overcomes our anxiety. Yes, what a gift! Praying this day we are open to His Presence the greatest present of all time for all time.
